The present report aims to lay the basis for a medium-term reflection on French attitudes towards the issue of Turkey’s full membership to the European Union. It also envisages to set the fundamentals of a renewed Franco-Turkish dialogue, offering new prospects for bilateral co-operation in the broader European context.
